As the financial agent for Chris Sicotte, a nomination contestant in the 2019 Liberal Party of Canada nomination contest in the electoral district of Saskatoon West, James Gorin was required, by virtue of subsection 476.75(7) of the Act, to file the Nomination Contestant's Campaign Return and other required documents (Return) within four months after the selection date. The deadline to submit the Return was February 21, 2020.
