Charge no. 1

That Henry N.R. Jackman, between the 1st day of January 2008 and the 31st day of December 2008, at or near the City of Toronto or elsewhere in the Province of Ontario, did wilfully make contributions to a registered association or candidate, of a particular registered party, the total of which exceeded $1,100, contrary to paragraph 405(1)(a.1) of the Canada Elections Act, thereby committing an offence contrary to paragraph 497(3)(f.13) of the Canada Elections Act, S. C. 2000, c. 9 as amended;

Charge no. 2

That Henry N.R. Jackman, between the 1st day of January 2010 and the 31st day of December 2010, at or near the city of Toronto, or elsewhere in the Province of Ontario, did wilfully make contributions to registered associations, of a particular registered party, the total of which exceeded $1,100, contrary to paragraph 405(1)(a.1) of the Canada Elections Act, thereby committing an offence contrary to paragraph 497(3)(f.13) of the Canada Elections Act, S. C. 2000, c. 9 as amended;

Charge no. 3

That Henry N.R. Jackman, between the 1st day of January 2011 and the 31st day of December 2011, at or near the City of Toronto, or elsewhere in the Province of Ontario, did wilfully make contributions to registered associations or candidates, of a particular registered party, the total of which exceeded $1,100, contrary to paragraph 405(1)(a.1) of the Canada Elections Act, thereby committing an offence contrary to paragraph 497(3)(f.13) of the Canada Elections Act, S. C. 2000, c. 9 as amended;

Charge no. 4

That Henry N.R. Jackman, between the 1st day of January 2012 and the 31st day of December 2012, at or near the City of Toronto, or elsewhere in the Province of Ontario, did wilfully make contributions to registered associations, of a particular registered party, the total of which exceeded $1,100, contrary to paragraph 405(1)(a.1) of the Canada Elections Act, thereby committing an offence contrary to paragraph 497(3)(f.13) of the Canada Elections Act, S. C. 2000, c. 9 as amended;

Charge no. 5

That Henry N.R. Jackman, between the 1st day of January, 2012 and the 31st day of December, 2012, at or near the City of Toronto, or elsewhere in the Province of Ontario, did wilfully make contributions to a registered association, of a particular registered party, the total of which exceeded $1,200, contrary to paragraph 405(1)(a.1) of the Canada Elections Act, thereby committing an offence contrary to paragraph 497(3)(f.13) of the Canada Elections Act, S. C. 2000, c. 9 as amended;

Charge no. 6

That Henry N. R. Jackman, between the 1st day of December 2012 and the 31st day of December 2013, at or near the City of Toronto, or elsewhere in the Province of Ontario, did wilfully make contributions to leadership contestants, of a particular leadership contest, the total of which exceeded $1,200, contrary to paragraph 405(1)(c) of the Canada Elections Act, thereby committing an offence contrary to paragraph 497(3)(f.13) of the Canada Elections Act, S. C. 2000, c. 9 as amended.
