Charge no. 1

Anderanik Pakbegi, on or about October 19, 2015, in or near the City of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario, in the electoral district of Don Valley East, voted knowing that he was not qualified as an elector, contrary to section 5(a) of the Canada Elections Act, S.C. 2000, c.9 as amended, thereby committing an offence contrary to subsection 483(b) and punishable by subsection 500(5) of the Canada Elections Act.

Charge no. 2

Anderanik Pakbegi, on or about October 19, 2015, in or near the City of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario, in the electoral district of Don Valley East, applied to be registered on polling day for the 42nd federal general election to vote in the electoral district of Don Valley East knowing that he was not qualified as an elector, contrary to paragraph 161(5.1)(c) of the Canada Elections Act, S.C. 2000, c.9 as amended, thereby committing an offence contrary to paragraph 489(3)(b.1) and punishable by subsection 500(5) of the Canada Elections Act.
