Charge Laid

That Paul Gallardo, being the official agent of Wajid Khan, a candidate for the electoral district of Mississauga-Streetsville in the 40th federal general election held on October 14, 2008, did fail to comply with a requirement of the Chief Electoral Officer in a letter dated December 29, 2010 to provide additional documents set out in a list attached to the said letter, under subsection 451(2.2) of the Canada Elections Act, S.C. 2000, c.9 as amended; and did thereby commit an offence contrary to paragraph 497(1)(u.1) and subsection 500(1) of the Canada Elections Act, S.C. 2000, c.9 as amended.
