Michael Sona, between the 30th day of April and the 2nd day of May, 2011, did wilfully prevent or endeavour to prevent an elector from voting at an election contrary to paragraph 281(g) of the Canada Elections Act, S.C. 2000, c.9 as amended, and by so doing committed an offence contrary to paragraph 491(3)(d) of the Canada Elections Act.
