**The transfer of most employee pay files to the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer had not been completed at the end of the reporting period. As a result, the information for April 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019, represents estimated figures for salaries for indeterminate positions and EBPs. Salary recoveries for these positions are expected to be processed in the spring of 2020 allowing actual expenditures to be reflected in future reports.
